Linda is a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and supervisor with over 20 years’ experience working in private practice. She supports young adults and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, loss, identity and relationship difficulties, as well as those transitional moments in life when a person can feel stuck.
Linda’s approach is grounded in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy, with Soul and relationship at the heart of her work with clients. She understands Soul not as a thing, but as the qualities of depth, richness and heart that can bring meaning to everyday life. She encourages the imaginal as a way of attending to deeper parts of the self.
Linda has a particular interest in working with trauma from a somatic perspective, engaging with the body’s innate wisdom as part of the healing process. Her intention is to offer a soulful, attuned and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences and begin to feel, understand and make sense of their lives within a safe and confidential environment.
Alongside her clinical work, Linda is a trainer at Re-Vision, Centre for Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
